Ask, Advise, Refer / Poster

This poster is designed for health care providers. It reminds them consistently to ask their patients and clients about whether or not they smoke tobacco. If a patient answers yes, then the provider is urged to advise the patient to consider quitting for improved health. If the patient is interested in quitting, the provider is urged to refer the patient to a free quitting service. Includes Kick It California and National Quitline information. This version of the poster shows a provider talking with an older white man.
