New Unflavored Tobacco List, Postcard

The Unflavored Tobacco List (UTL), published by the California Office of the Attorney General, is a comprehensive list of unflavored tobacco products that ARE legal to sell in California. If a product is not listed on the UTL, it is considered an illegal flavored product and is subject to fines and seizure. These laws apply to in-store and online sales. This postcard provides a link to view the UTL and find more information at the Office of the Attorney General’s website. Complements the Unflavored Tobacco List, Fact Sheet (J070).

This material is available free of charge to CA Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP)-funded projects and non-profits in California. These groups may request large quantities directly from TECC, free of charge. Quantities are limited to 1,000 pieces per order, and 3,000 pieces per calendar year, per agency.
